Real Estate Auctions at Don Smock Auction has been a part of our culture for 10+ years, becoming its own division in 2012. This division has been growing by leaps and bounds, including quadrupling in 2015. Our niche is commercial, farm ground and industrial real estate, but we have had great success with residential properties, as well.
Don Smock Auction Company has three licensed real estate brokers on staff including: Nic Smock, Pete Shawver, and Matt Scalf. Our staff has been licensed in real estate for 25 years and that extensive industry knowledge helps to set us apart. We work with business owners, banks, other financial institutions, attorneys, CPAs and more.
