| Ronald L. Beverly Ron was born into a paving and excavating family. He worked his way up the ladder and at 18 years old, he was the youngest and highest rated operator in Local 18. Ron tells us, “This ‘in the field’ training far exceeds any other form of education.” Ron, in fact, took education very seriously. He graduated in the top ten at Martin Senior School of Automotive Refinishing in Chicago, Illinois. He is also certified in real estate auction marketing, state certified in UST installation, removal, retro fit and remediation, heavy and industrial equipment appraisal, farm machinery appraisal and personal property appraisal. Ron went into the paving and excavating business for himself, at this point. After 17 years, Ron’s health forced him to sell out. Consequently, Don Smock Auction Company was hired to conduct the sale. Ron states, “I was so impressed with his company that I went to work for him.” After a recent graduation from The Continental Auctioneers School in Mankato, Minnesota, he is a certified auctioneer, as well. Ron’s believes that,
